Stroytransgaz undertakes comprehensive implementation of projects on EPC terms. In our strategic development plans, we have given priority to expanding engineering activities and furthering our engineering capabilities.

The engineering resources of the company are located in the following subdivisions:

• STG Engineering, Russia – our leading enterprise in executing engineering work
• Design institute GazNIIproekt, Russia
• Design institute STG Engineering-UkrGazNIIproekt, Ukraine
• Design institute BelGazNIIproekt, Belarus

Stroytransgaz engineering activities include:

• Design – design activities management, conceptual design development, feasibility studies, basic and detailed design, obtaining necessary approvals, survey work and field engineering, issuing As-built documentation
• Engineering support – consultation and technical expertise, preparation of technical proposals, cost estimations, supervision of adherence to requirements

Subdivisions of Stroytransgaz carry out engineering work in excess of 700 million rubles annually.

Engineering activities are being expanded in the following areas:

• Design of gas processing facilities, including gas processing plants
• Design of offshore field facilities, including design of platform process part

Projects in Russia:

• Design of the Sakhalin-2 gas pipeline (168/192 kilometers)
• Design work for reconstruction of several compressor stations, including Davydkov, Privodino, Hyuksenitsa, and Urdoma (cumulatively more than 300 MW)
• Design of 11 HDD crossings for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium
• Design of gas delivery objects for Irkutsk and Samara oblasts
• Surveying and design of the Vankor field facilities (25 million tons of oil per year)
• Design of a technological complex for the offshore ice-resistant platform at the Yuri Korchagin field (2.2 million tons of oil, 2.4 billion m³ of gas per year)
