Personnel at Stroytransgaz are assured of opportunities to realize their intellectual and creative potential and guaranteed social stability.

The company realizes various programs for company employees: evaluation and accreditation and programs directed toward obtaining and extending specialized knowledge and skills. Stroytransgaz has an effective system of continual education and personnel development. Each year more than 1,000 specialists and 800 workers go through professional training and certification at the company’s headquarters, branches, and representative offices.

Stroytransgaz has instituted a broad array of programs to motivate personnel—awards programs and programs for medical services, insurance, and material assistance. We provide comprehensive medical services for employees in cooperation with numerous medical institutions and compensate employees for vacation and therapeutic-preventive care. We also extend assistance to personnel in organizing yearly rest and rehabilitation at the best hotels and rest homes in the Czech Republic and Montenegro and along Russia’s Black Sea coast.  Employees of the company have opportunities to send their children to summer camps without charge.

We devote special attention to social infrastructure, frequently mobile, that we put in place at construction sites.  Field settlements and rotational camps are outfitted with the housing-recreational facilities and conditions needed for full-fledged work and off-time rest.

The company’s leaders give constant thought to attracting young specialists to the energy construction sector. In order to realize this goal, we work under agreements with Russia’s leading institutes of higher learning to train personnel in our field. Promising students receive stipends and grants and opportunities for traineeships within the company. Those who are successful are offered permanent positions.
