ОАО Stroytransgaz and Turkish companies Hazinedaroglu and Oztas have started the civil construction and welding works of the 500 km linear part of the Russia-Turkey Blue Stream gas pipeline in the Turkish territory. The first joint was welded on January 31, 2000.
