The Board of Trustees of the JSC "Stroitransgaz" summed up the results of activities of the Oil and Gas Complex Construction Veteran Charity Fund established on the initiative of the company management in 1997. Within a 4-year period, the Executive Committee of the Fund has been actively implementing such charity programs as "The Veteran’s Health", "The Veteran’s Everyday Life", "The Veteran’s Social Life". It enabled the oil and gas complex construction trailblazers to feel that their well-deserved retirement has a firm material basis even under unstable market conditions. Within the period from 1997 to 2000, the JSC "Stroitransgaz" construction organizations have transferred to the Fund’s accounts 6629.5 thousand Rubles, which enabled the company to provide support to over 19000 veterans. At the meeting of the Board of Trustees, the social program for 2001-2005 was adopted. The main focus of the program is the provision of the complex medical services to the retired workers and employees of the oil and gas facilities construction industry.
