The JSC "Stroitransgaz" has finished construction of the longest underwater crossing of the main gas pipeline route "Goluboi Potok" near the village of Belozerka in Krasnodar Territory. "The crossing" was built at the depth of 15 meters under the bed of the river Kuban involving the drilling of the hole with the length of 902 meters and diameter of 1800 mm and the pulling through of the operations pipeline with the diameter of 1420 mm. The operation was performed by the contractors of the JSC "Stroitransgaz", namely "VIS-MOS" and "Krasnodargazstroi". Earlier, the underwater crossings of the rivers Ponura (772 m), Kochety (708 m) and Rasshevatka (650 m) were installed on the gas pipeline route "Goluboi Potok" using the horizontal directional large diameter hole drilling technology.
