On 10th June 2002 a working meeting was held in the administration of Kosikhinsk region of Altay area on the question concerning completion of construction of the gas complex. Present at the meeting were Mr. Mikhailov Arkady, the General Director of the Novosibirsk subsidiary of JSC “STROYTRANSGAZ”, and Mr. Chertov Nikolai, the first deputy of the Governor of Altay area. In the course of the meeting a schedule for construction and financing was worked out and the decision was made to commission the first boiler house in the regional center of Kosikha in August. This is the seventh region of Altay area were JSC “STROYTRANSGAZ” is providing gas service.
