JSC Stroytransgaz has concluded a contract with the administration of Chukot Autonomous Area for laying of 20 kilometers of the KL-35 KV cable on onshore section of the Anadyr heat-electric generation plant from the settlement of Ugolny Kopy to the airport (Chukot Autonomous Area).

JSC Stroytransgaz has concluded a contract with the administration of Chukot Autonomous Area for laying of 20 kilometers of the KL-35 KV cable on onshore section of the Anadyr heat-electric generation plant from the settlement of Ugolny Kopy to the airport (Chukot Autonomous Area).
Implementation of this project allows one to use the Anadyr heat-electric generation plant to full capacity. Furthermore the users of electric energy of the right and left coasts of the Anadyr liman will go over from unreliable costly system of independent energy power supply to uninterrupted power service from the Anadyr heat-electric generation plant and this is very important for this region during winter period. The work shall be completed by the end of this year.
