• 12/20/2004 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed construction of the second stage of booster compressor station №7 with a total capacity of 96 megawatt at the Yamburg gas-oil condensate field (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area).
• 12/27/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed construction of the Smolenskaya compressor station being a part of the line facilities of the Yamal-Europe main gas pipeline.
• 12/21/2003 - OOO “VIS & MOS JV”, a subsidiary of OAO Stroytransgaz, has completed installation of a crossing under the Ob river 1.5 km long in the Nizhnevartovsk region using the method of horizontal directional drilling.
• 12/19/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed construction of the first stage of the third Complex Gas Treatment Unit (Complex-3C) at the Zapoliarnoe gas-oil-condensate field which is one of the largest gas-oil-condensate field in the world.
• 12/17/2003 - In the main office of OAO Stroytransgaz a ceremony of presentation of certificates of Company’s named grants to students of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin and the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affaires took place.
• 12/3/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed construction of the Haud-el-Hamra – Arzew (OZ-2) oil pipeline 403 km long, 34” in diameter in Algeria.

November 2003

• 11/18/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed the stress-testing of the Yamal – Europe Trunk Pipeline Russian Section
• 11/18/2003 - On November, 15, 2003, within the framework of the petroleum "245-South" block’s development in Algeria the "Rosneft – Stroytransgaz Limited" company started drilling of the first test borehole "Takuazet East-1". The contractor of drilling on turnkey basis is a Swiss company "Shlumburger".
• 11/5/2003 - THE THIRD RUSSIAN WEEK OF OIL AND GAS is taking place in The World Trade Center, Moscow, on November, 4 - November, 6.

October 2003

• 10/30/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has successfully completed the construction of Starting Unit 2 for Complex Gas Treatment Facility (CGTF-2) at the Zapolyarnoye Field, which is one of the largest gas condensate fields in Western Siberia.
• 10/30/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz and Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz arranged the test gas run at the Development System of the Zapadno-Ozernoye Field (Chukot Autonomous Area).
• 10/10/2003 - From October 7 through 10 Stroytransgaz participated in the eleventh international exhibition in Kazakhstan “KIOGE-2003” (town of Almaty).
• 10/1/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz participated in The Second International Energy, Mining, Petrochemistry, and Power Exhibition “ALGER ENERGY 2003” that took place in Algeria

September 2003

• 9/25/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz and Key Energy Services Inc. conducted negotiations on the results of The Second Russian – American Business Energy Summit in the course of which the parties signed Memorandum of Understanding.
• 9/23/2003 - Within the framework of the Second Russian-American Energy Business Summit in St. Petersburg OAO Stroytransgaz and Foundation System Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
• 9/16/2003 - At the 37th annual convention of the International Pipeline & Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) Alexander Kudriavtsev, Vice-President of OAO Stroytransgaz was elected President of this organization for 2003-2004.
• 9/15/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed construction of the second stage of the booster compressor station (BCS) at the complex gas treatment unit (Complex-3) at the Yamburg condensate field.
• 9/1/2003 - On the threshold of the forthcoming official visit of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to Moscow negotiations were held between the President of OAO Stroytransgaz Victor Lorents and Director General of the Saudi Oger Company Saad Al-Hariri.

August 2003

• 8/14/2003 - The top managers of OAO Stroytransgaz the First Vice-President Evgeny Lavrentiev and Vice-President Andrey Ermokhin as official guests participated in the ceremony of opening of the National exhibition of Kazakhstan in Moscow held during the period from 14 through 17 August 2003 at the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in Moscow.
• 8/1/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz became the first Russian company which obtained a right to participate in the tender for construction of gas pipeline in Oman.

July 2003

• 7/31/2003 - OAO "Stroytransgaz’s" Affiliate Gas Equipment Plant "Gasdevice" (Moscow Region) manufactured the millionth domestic diaphragm gas metering device NPM.
• 7/29/2003 - In the course of the development of the Zapadno-Ozernoe gas-oil-condensate field (Chukot Autonomous Area) OAO Stroytransgaz has completed installation works on construction of the first stage of the gas treatment complex.
• 7/1/2003 - The Board of Directors was reelected at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of OAO Stroytransgaz.
• 7/1/2003 - At the first meeting of a new Board of Directors which took place after the annual stockholders' meeting of OAO Stroytransgaz Mr. Ernest Ervald was elected the chairman.

June 2003

• 6/27/2003 - Victor Lorentz, the President of OAO Stroytransgaz, and Ravi Ruia, Vice-President of the Indian Holding “Essar Group”, hold negotiations in the Moscow main office of Stroytransgaz with the participation of top-level representatives of both companies.
• 6/27/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz participated in the 7th Moscow International Oil and Gas Exhibition which took place in the Expocentre at Krasnaya Presnya.
• 6/26/2003 - The delegation of the largest oil production company of the world Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia) was on a five day business trip to Russia with the aim to assess the potential capabilities of the Russian company Stroytransgaz.
• 6/16/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed the development of the Verkhne-Salatsk oil field being a part of the Yuzhno-Myldzhinsk group of fields (Tomsk region).

May 2003

• 5/30/2003 - The representatives of OAO Stroytransgaz – Vice-President Alexander Vorobiov, Vice-President Alexander Kapnik and the Head of the Department “Zapadtruboprovodstroy” Mikhail Drynin forming a part of the working group of OAO Gazprom participated in the visiting meetings which were devoted to the analysis of construction and installation works of the “Torzhok - Smolensk” section (km 0 – km 335) and the Smolenskaya compressor station of the “Yamal - Europe” gas pipeline.
• 5/29/2003 - The First Vice-President of OAO Stroytransgaz Evgueny Lavrentiev delivered a speech at the Second session of the International Pipeline Forum “Development of pipeline systems within the framework of energy strategy of Russia”.
• 5/22/2003 - The Joint Venture “VIS & MOS”, a subsidiary of OAO Stroytransgaz and its Director General Mr. Alexander Mayer have been decorated with a gold medal and honourable diploma of the Russian – Swiss business club “For stainless business reputation”.
• 5/15/2003 - The Gazdevice plant for production of gas equipment, a subsidiary of OAO Stroytransgaz, has delivered during this year to Moldova a second lot of the NPM household gas meters with orifice plate in the quantity of 2000 pieces.
• 5/6/2003 - At the Yamburg gas-oil-condensate field booster compressor station № 1 of the second stage was put into operation which became the fiftieth station constructed by OAO Stroytransgaz.
• 5/6/2003 - Noyabrsk, Yamal - Nenetsk Autonomous Area. OAO STROYTRANSGAZ has completed the construction of the booster pumping station (BPS) № 2 together with a preliminary dewatering unit at the Sporyshevsky oil field.

April 2003

• 4/8/2003 - The Consortium consisting of OAO Stroytransgaz, Indian companies Essar Construction Ltd. and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. have won a tender for construction of the Baroda-Ahmedabad-Kalol gas transmission pipeline 135 km. long, 24” in diameter.

March 2003

• 3/28/2003 - Presentation on the First starting complex of the gas main Kekiyak-Atyrau took place in Atyrau. Russian company Stroytransgaz was chosen as the general contractor and played the essential role in realization of the project.
• 3/27/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has concluded a contract with the Marubeni Corporation of Japan for the purchase of special machinery of new generation for the development of oil and gas industry to the amount of 4.8 million US dollars.
• 3/18/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz became the first Russian Company which acquired a right to work on the oil and gas market of Saudi Arabia.
• 3/12/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz and Saudi Oger Ltd., one of the largest companies of Saudi Arabia, signed today an Agreement on establishment of a Consortium with the aim to participate jointly in realization of oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia and in other countries of the Middle East and Africa.
• 3/4/2003 - The Joint-Stock Company "STG - Petroleum", a subsidiary of the Joint-Stock Company "Stroytransgaz - Oil ", has received a license for geological survey with the aim to carry out exploration and estimation of fields of hydrocarbons at the North Vyintoisk section of Yamalo-Nenetsk Autonomous Area.
• 3/3/2003 - Today in the town of Midrand (the Republic of South Africa) a ceremony of Great consecration of the first Orthodox Church in South Africa took place.

January 2003

• 1/27/2003 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed construction of booster compressor station №6 (BCS-6) of the second stage with a total capacity of 96 MW at the Yamburg gas-oil-condensate field (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area).
• 1/23/2003 - The two year negotiations held between the Ministry of Oil of Iraq and OAO Stroytransgaz resulted in signing a contract for exploration of promising Block 4 “Western Desert”.
• 1/16/2003 - On January 15, 2003 OAO Stroytransgaz opened a new version of its site in Internet
• 1/9/2003 - On the eve of Christmas frost OAO Stroytransgaz has completed construction and put into operation a second line of the Zapoliarnoe-Novyi Urengoy main gas pipeline which is the main system for transportation of natural gas from the Zapoliarnoe gas-oil-condensate field to other regions of Russia.
