OAO "Stroytransgaz’s" Affiliate Gas Equipment Plant "Gasdevice" (Moscow Region) manufactured the millionth domestic diaphragm gas metering device NPM.
The millionth device was calibrated and tested by the State inspectors. The calibration and testing were carried out in the festive atmosphere and in the presence of ZAO "Gasdevice’s" guests. Among the guests present at the ceremony were representatives of OAO "Stroytransgaz", Russian Centre for Testing and Certification (Rostest-Moscow), the State Duma, Moscow Region Government, Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Union of Shareholders of OAO "Gazprom" and a number of other state and public organizations and companies.
The Plant started manufacturing gas devices in 1998. Since then the gas meters manufactured by "Gasdevice" have worked up on the consumers' markets of Russia and some countries of the CIS and Baltic Sea Region and they have proved to be highly-reliable and stable in metrological performance throughout the operation period with high quality at reasonable price.
At the present time the specialists of the Plant are proceeding to work hard with regard to ZAO "Gasdevice" entering new markets of the CIS and other countries. The products manufactured by "Gasdevice" have already been included into the national Products Registers of Byelorussia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kirghizia.
As demonstration of the international recognition of ZAO "Gasdevice’s" achievements the following facts could be mentioned: the Plant has been granted the Certificate of International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) (issued for the product of the first and presently the only Plant among the Russian gas meters manufacturers) and International Award for the year 2002 "For Mastering of New Technologies and the Quality of Products Achieved".
Today "Gasdevice" is among the largest gas meters manufacturers in Europe. The products manufactured by the Plant allow the consumers to carry out more effectively the energy saving arrangements.
