For the first time since the formation of this prestigious organization a representative of a Russian company became its President.

The International Pipeline & Offshore Contractors Association was established in 1966 with the aim to support and promote services on the world market of those contractors whose high professional experience was confirmed in actual practice.

The election of Alexander Kudriavtsev President of the Association gives hope to the Russian contractors that they can timely familiarize themselves with the latest achievements in the field of environment protection and safety of construction of pipelines.
