Based on the results of an open competition on state purchases for the contract “Transfer of heat-and-power consuming installations and residential areas in the town of Kyzylorda to associated gas” which was arranged in the regional Department of energy infrastructure and mineral resources of Kyzylorda, OAO Stroytransgaz was declared the winner.
The contract for implementation of this project will be signed at the end of March and the Company will start the works on installation of gas supply for settlements of this regional center of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The total length of gas pipelines will exceed 300 km.
The client of the project is the Kyzylorda regional Department of energy infrastructure and mineral resources.
OAO Stroytransgaz undertakes to elaborate the required documentation, carry out designing and installation of high pressure and low pressure gas pipelines by using polyethylene pipes and decentralized heat supply systems, it will also provide supply of equipment and will construct twenty gas distribution stations.
Besides the Company will carry out designing and introduction of an accounting system by using new technologies, carrying out tests and precommissioning as well as putting into service and training of the operation and maintenance personnel.
In the history of Kazakhstan it is the first complex project for installation of gas supply and modernization of the heat supply system of settlements by using associated gas.
Since 1997 OAO Stroytransgaz is carrying out the works within the framework of the All-Russia program “Installation of gas supply for regions of the Russian Federation”. The Company has already delivered “blue fuel” to more than 350 settlements in 30 regions of Orel, Kursk, Lipetsk and Astrakhan oblasts.
This year the Company has concluded a contract for installation of gas supply for settlements in the Transnistrian Republic of Moldova.
