OAO Stroytransgaz has transferred more than 100 thousand rubles for treatment and recreation in the Crimea of the inmates of the Children’s Home near Moscow.

This decision was taken by the President of OAO Stroytransgaz in reply to an official letter received from the administration of the Saltykov Children’s Home. The funds allocated by the Company were necessary for the payment of children’s sanatorium vouchers for the “Golubaya Volna” treatment-and-health-improving boarding house situated near the town of Yevpatoria. The inmates suffering from chromic diseases will undergo a course of treatment at the Black Sea coast.

The Saltykov Children’s Home is one of the oldest in Moscow oblast, it was established in 1918 on the initiative of N.K.Krupskaya. Today there live 140 children from 28 towns and regions of Moscow oblast who became orphans. Their age ranges from three to eighteen years. Many inmates for various reasons are suffering from chronic diseases of respiratory tracts, gastrointestinal tract and other diseases. The diseased children need every year preventive treatment in health-improving sanatoria.
