• 12/5/2005 - General Director of Syrian Gas Company Mr. Ali Abbas and President of OAO Stroytransgaz Mr. Victor Lorents signed the contract for the implementation of 36” Arab Gas Pipeline Project.
• 12/5/2005 - The State Syrian Gas Company signed a contract with OAO Stroytransgaz for construction of the gas processing plant and associated facilities and pipelines from the gas fields from the South Area of the Central Region of SAR.

November 2005

• 11/22/2005 - Salym Petroleum Development N.B. (SPD) and OAO Stroytransgaz have signed an Addendum to the operating Contract for construction of in-field pipelines at the Salym group of oil fields.

October 2005

• 10/27/2007 - The main criteria for selection of contractors and suppliers were dealt with by Deputy Head of oil and gas construction department S.A.Letovaltsev in his presentation at the international conference “Service Market in Oil and Gas Industry of Russia: trends, opportunities, perspectives”, that was held October 25- October 26, 2005 in the Moscow International Trade Centre.
• 10/18/2005 - Syrian Gas Company has declared OAO Stroytransgaz the winner of the tender for 36" Arab Gas Pipeline Project.

September 2005

• 9/23/2005 - Indian national company Gudjarat State Petronet Ltd. (GSPL)* has concluded a contract with the Consortium OAO Stroytransgaz – Essar Construction Ltd. for construction of a section of the gas pipeline Anand – Rajkot, 168 km long and 24” and 18” in dia.
• 9/2/2005 - A museum exposition of the Company was open in the head office of OAO Stroytransgaz on the eve of the Day of the Worker of the oil & gas industry.

August 2005

• 8/31/2005 - OAO Stroytransgaz has officially sponsored the 4-th Joint Session of the Russian-Arab Business Council (RABC) that is taking place in the International Trade Centre in Moscow from August 31 to September 1, 2005.
• 8/3/2005 - OAO Stroytransgaz and Algerian National Company SONATRACH signed a Contract for construction of the gas pipeline Sougueur – Hadjret Ennous at the cost of over US$ 226 million.

July 2005

• 7/22/2005 - In the main office of OAO Stroytransgaz the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission for science and technology presented its program “Security and Reliability of Operation of Oil and Gas Pipelines and their Infrastructure in the Territory of the European Union, CIS and Russia”.

June 2005

• 6/29/2005 - DEBUT PLACING OF BOND ISSUE OF OAO STROYTRANSGAZ TOOK PLACE
• 6/22/2005 - The Algerian National Company SONATRACH has declared OAO Stroytransgaz the winner of the Tender for construction of the gas pipeline Sougueur-Hadjret Ennouss.
• 6/17/2005 - At annual shareholders' meeting held in the head office of OAO Stroytransgaz annual statement and annual accounting report for 2004 of the company were approved.

April 2005

• 4/28/2005 - OAO Stroytransgaz plans to enter for the first time the internal equity market. Till the end of 2005 the Company is going to place ruble bonds for the period of 3 years in the amount of 3 billion rubles.

March 2005

• 3/28/2005 - OAO Stroytransgaz starts construction of the heating main from the Northern – Western Heat Power Plant to the Coastal Boiler-House in Saint-Petersburg.
• 3/23/2005 - OAO Stroytransgaz in Consortium with the Indian Company Gammon India Ltd. has concluded the project for extension of the waterway in India (the city of Chennai).
• 3/22/2005 - OAO Stroytransgaz was awarded a tender for construction of Yubileinaya Compressor Station (CS) of the gas pipeline Northern Regions of Tyumen Oblast (SRTO) – Torzhok.
• 3/18/2005 - OAO Stroytransgaz has completed commissioning of the gas pipeline section between GCS1 and GCS2 of the second line of the cross country gas pipeline SRTO-Torzhok.
• 3/2/2005 - The best students of the Pipeline Transport Faculty of the Ufa State Oil Technical University (USOTU) were awarded with individual monthly scholarships of OAO Stroytransgaz.

February 2005

• 2/10/2005 - The Interdepartmental Council for attracting foreign investments and credits attached to the cabinet council of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved the decision to elect OAO Stroytransgaz winner of the tender for the investment project “Construction of the plant of propane and butane mixture for increase of production of the liquefied gas at the unitary subsidiary enterprise “Moubarek gas treatment plant”.
