The best students of the Pipeline Transport Faculty of the Ufa State Oil Technical University (USOTU) were awarded with individual monthly scholarships of OAO Stroytransgaz.
This year within the frame of the program of training of specialists for oil & gas construction the Company marked five of the most promising senior students of USOTU, namely: Regina Amirova, Vener Badretdinov, Anastasia Kononova, Mikhail Moumrikov.
On behalf of the Managing Board of OAO Stroytransgaz the scholarship certificates were presented to the future pipeline transport specialists by Mr. Alexander Romashov, Head of Personnel Department and Mr. Alexander Yablokov, his Deputy.
Presentation of the certificates took place at the meeting of the Academic Council of the University. Chancellor of the University Mr. Airat Shammazov expressed deep gratitude to the management of OAO Stroytransgaz for the assistance being rendered in developing the higher school of the Russian oil & gas construction.
The Ufa State Oil Technical University is one of the basic institutions for manpower training of the Russian fuel and energy complex. For more than 50 years of its existence USOTU trained over 55 thousand engineers, about 2000 candidates and 180 doctors of science, 282 specialists for foreign countries. Graduates of the University work in all oil and gas regions of Russia, in the CIS and other foreign countries, as well as in the system of OAO Stroytransgaz.
The Company signed a cooperation agreement with the oldest oil technical institution in 2003. Apart from ISOTU, OAO Stroytransgaz has programs for training of young specialists jointly with the Russian State Oil & Gas University named after I.M.Gubkin, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RF, the Russian Economics Academy named after G.V.Plekhanov, Tomsk State Polytechnic University.
