OAO Stroytransgaz has completed commissioning of the gas pipeline section between GCS1 and GCS2 of the second line of the cross country gas pipeline SRTO-Torzhok.
The Acceptance report of the acceptance into operation board was approved by the order of OAO Gazprom.
In December 2004 the 5.7 km gas pipeline section between GCS1-GCS2 of the second line of the SRTO-Torzhok gas pipeline was put into operation. That enabled to improve the conditions for adjustment of gas flows from Zapolyarnoye and Urengoi gas and gas condensate fields.
This project has been implemented within the frame of the Gazprom program for synchronization of commissioning of gas transportation capacities under construction for providing export supply of gas through the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline for the years 2002-2006.
To further synchronize the gas flows from these fields, construction is continued of gas pressure reducing and metering stations (GPRMS): i.e. GPRMS 1.3, Technological GPRMS 3.2 at second and third lines of the gas pipelines system Zapolyarnoye-Urengoi and GPRMS at the gas pipeline section between GCS1-GCS2 of the cross country gas pipeline SRTO-Torzhok. The construction is planned to be concluded in the first half of 2005.
