OAO Stroytransgaz plans to enter for the first time the internal equity market. Till the end of 2005 the Company is going to place ruble bonds for the period of 3 years in the amount of 3 billion rubles.
The company will direct the debt capital involved during accommodation to financing of a working capital, including refinancing of the current short-term creditor debts under bank credits with a view of reduction in price of a credit portfolio.
IC Three Dialogue will act as the organizer of the loan. The financial adviser will be the Federal Fund Corporation.
