DEBUT PLACING OF BOND ISSUE OF OAO STROYTRANSGAZ TOOK PLACE

On June 29 (Wednesday) debut placing of bond issue of OAO Stroytransgaz amounting to 3 billion rubles took place at Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX). Term of bond circulation shall be 3 years.
During MICEX competition concerning first coupon rate determination, investors made out 88 orders amounting to 4 435 769 000 rubles. First coupon rate made up 9.60% annually.
Parameters of issue: total volume of emission is 3 billion rubles, coupon period is 6 months, term before retirement is 3 years, offer is not provided, first coupon rate is determined as a result of competition, rate of second and subsequent coupons shall be equal to the first one.
