A museum exposition of the Company was open in the head office of OAO Stroytransgaz on the eve of the Day of the Worker of the oil & gas industry.
The basic idea of the exposition is to demonstrate the history of development of the Russian oil & gas construction and contribution of OAO Stroytransgaz into its chronicle for the last 15 years of the Company’s activity.
At the opening ceremony the first vice president of OAO Stroytransgaz E.A.Lavrentiev addressed the audience with a word of salutation. With profound obligation he recalled the names of those who had been pioneers of the industry and expressed hope that the exhibition would help the younger generation of the Company familiarize themselves in more details with experience of the predecessors and continue fittingly their industrial traditions.
Mr. A.P.Veseliev, executive director of the Fund for support of veterans of oil & gas industry came out on behalf of the exposition creators. “This permanent exhibition may become a place of corporate pride and glory”, - he said.
In the frame of the inauguration a traditional ceremony took place of awarding of certificates of honour and certificates of merit of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation to the best employees of OAO Stroytransgaz, and also with merit badges of OAO Stroytransgaz – “Merited oil & gas constructor”. The decorations were presented by Head of Personnel Department A.I.Romashov.
