Stroytransgaz–Uzbekneftegaz: Discussions Continue

Various Russia mass media, referring to national holding company Uzbekneftegaz, have published information on allegedly serious disagreement between Stroytransgaz and Uzbekneftegaz on realization of a project for liquefied gas at the Mubarekskiy refinery. In connection with those publications, Stroytransgaz states that these reports do not correspond to actuality. Presently work is underway on the process of negotiations for final agreement on several still outstanding conditions for establishing a joint enterprise to implement the project.
In its relations with Uzbekneftegaz, Stroytransgaz is following a constructive approach to attaining mutually acceptable resolution of all questions concerning the collaboration of our companies. We are attentive to developing business relationships that take into account the interests of each side.
