Exec: Russia’s Stroytransgaz to sell stake in Petromir soon

MOSCOW, Jun 28 (Prime-TASS) – Russian engineering company Stroytransgaz plans to sell its 50% stake in natural gas producer Petromir soon, Sergei Makarov, CEO of Stroytransgaz, told reporters Monday.
He did not name the future buyer.
Petromir develops the Angaro-Lenskoye gas field in the Irkutsk Region.
Founded in 1990, Stroytransgaz, or Stroitransgaz, is one of the largest engineering companies in Russia’s oil and gas industry.
