Anand-Rajkot gas pipeline

In October 2005 Stroytransgaz signed a contract to build one of the sections of the Anand-Rajkot main gas pipeline. The facility has a length of 168 kilometers. Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. was principal for the project.

Stroytransgaz was responsible for project management, rendering assistance in construction and assemblage, and procurement.

The entire project was divided into two sections: the first section has 24 inch in diameter pipe with length of 100 kilometers and 18 inch in diameter pipe with length of 68 kilometers; the second section—24 inch in diameter pipe with length of 100 kilometers.

Work was realized as part of a program for the installation of gas services in the Indian state of Gujarat. Stroytransgaz was the leader of a consortium with Essar Construction Ltd.

The project was completed in 2006.
