Imperial Park Hotel & SPA complex
Under contract with Gazprom, in 2003 Stroytransgaz began building the only five-star hotel complex in Moscow Oblast, the Imperial Park Hotel & SPA complex.
Stroytransgaz is responsible for building the hotel complex—42,993 square meters—which includes a business center, a sports complex, and engineering and social infrastructure.
Construction is being realized with phased-in release of objects.
As part of implementing the project, in 2003-2008 the following objects were constructed:
- Two 21,000 square meters corpuses of the hotel
- Cottages
- Business center
- 10,000 square meters sports complex
- Fitness center with swimming pool
- Administration and living quarters with parking
- Engineering and social infrastructure objects
- Covered arcade for social events
Improvements were made to the grounds of the complex and the embankment of the Desna River.
